Job Title: Relationship Manager

Position Overview

XeroDebt is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage client onboarding, handle bank recovery calls, and negotiate debt settlements on behalf of clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to build a career in financial services and client operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Operations: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and manage daily client operations seamlessly.

Bank Recovery & Negotiation: Handle bank recovery calls and negotiate effectively with banks to achieve the best possible debt settlements for clients.

Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on settlement progress and provide ongoing support.

CRM Management:



Accurately update and maintain client records, interaction logs, and case statuses in the company CRM.

Target Achievement: Work proactively to achieve monthly settlement and operational targets.

Job Details & Requirements

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to 12,000 / Month + Lucrative Incentives
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
