Role Description The Sales Executive – Fitness is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for engaging prospects and members, understanding their fitness goals, and recommending suitable memberships, training programs, and services.



Day-to-day activities include generating leads, conducting walk-in and scheduled consultations, managing follow-ups, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The Sales Executive collaborates closely with coaches and management to align offerings with client needs, supports marketing campaigns and promotional events, and contributes to community outreach initiatives. The role also involves handling inquiries, providing high-quality service, and ensuring that every visitor experiences the Shadows.Fit approach to education-focused, sustainable fitness.
