Key Responsibilities
? Client Transformation & Training Excellence
Conduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations.
Design customised, science-backed training programmes.
Deliver high-impact one-on-one and group training sessions.
Track measurable progress and drive visible client results.
Modify plans based on performance, injuries, or health conditions.
? Premium Member Experience
Build long-term member relationships through motivation and accountability.




Provide expert guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
Maintain Gold’s Gym/Cult training standards and floor discipline.
Promote relevant fitness programmes and PT packages ethically and professionally.
? Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe usage of all gym equipment.
Follow strict hygiene and operational protocols.
Provide first aid/CPR support in emergencies.
What We’re Looking For
? Minimum 3+ years of professional training experience
? Valid Certification: ACE / NASM / K11 / GGFI (Mandatory)
? Solid communication skills in English
? Passion for fitness with a transformation-driven mindset
? Strong sales orientation and member engagement skills
