Position Overview
We're hiring a Chartered Accountant to own iQuanta's entire finance function - not a traditional accounting role, but a strategic partner to the Founder who also drives day-to-day execution across planning, fundraising, taxation, compliance, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the finance function end-to-end: accounting, payroll, vendor payments, collections, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS, P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance - GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and audits.
• Set up financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate investments, manage treasury, and identify cost/tax savings.
• Partner with Sales,



Marketing, Product, Operations, HR, and Academic teams on financial discipline.
• Build and mentor the finance team while driving automation and process improvements.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for financial performance and governance.

Desired Qualifications
• CA qualification (preferable).
• 4+ years in business finance at high-growth organisations.
• Strong grasp of taxation, compliance, audits, treasury, and corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working directly with founders/senior leadership preferred.
