Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Stay updated on company projects, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the booking and sales process.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate, is an advantage.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Basic computer skills.
Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
