Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

About the Job
This role involves managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building strong client relationships and driving revenue. It requires proactive communication, collaboration with internal teams, and effective use of CRM tools and Excel to track performance and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure for the services
• Proactively identify new opportunities, follow up on leads, and keep deals moving without external
push
• Achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Conduct discovery calls with clear, confident communication to understand client requirements,
risk context, and business needs
• Prepare, articulate, and present proposals, commercials, and solution walkthroughs in coordination
with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through trust-based and consultative
conversations




• Demonstrate solid interpersonal and negotiation skills while engaging with senior stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with delivery, content, and product teams using clear internal communication
• Ensure smooth handover post-closure with complete clarity on scope, timelines, and expectations
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene
• Track, analyze, and report sales metrics using Excel and internal trackers
• Use Excel effectively for sales reports, pipeline analysis, revenue tracking, and management
reviews
• Develop strong working knowledge of Company’s tools for demos and client queries
• Represent the Company brand with professionalism, ownership, and accountability in all
interactions

Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Good interpersonal and relatio
