Role Description The CI Flexo Printing Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the CI flexographic printing lines, ensuring efficient,



high-quality output that meets customer specifications and company standards. This full-time, in office role based in Chennai includes managing production schedules, coordinating workflow between printing, lamination, and finishing, and optimizing machine settings to achieve consistent print quality. The manager will supervise and train printing staff, enforce safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance. The role also involves working closely with design, sales, and production planning teams to review job requirements, resolve technical issues, and support continuous process improvements. The successful candidate will contribute to cost control, waste reduction, and implementation of best practices in CI flexo printing.
