Key Requirements
5–15 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
Prior experience working with GCCs, Direct Clients, System Integrators (SIs), and VMS/MSP models
Strong experience recruiting for India-based customers
Good understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market and hiring practices
Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates for technical roles
Strong candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation skills
Technology Exposure
Candidates should have strong recruitment experience in the following areas:
Java Full Stack
Generative AI (GenAI)




Python
AI/ML and other emerging technologies
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
Drive positions from requirement intake through successful closure
