Role Description The Technical Head – CBG Projects is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the technical delivery of compressed biogas projects from concept to commissioning. This role oversees project design reviews,



process engineering, and technology selection, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for CBG plants. The Technical Head coordinates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues, optimize plant performance, and manage project timelines and budgets. Daily activities include providing technical guidance to project engineers, reviewing detailed engineering documents, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and conducting root cause analysis for operational challenges. The role also involves mentoring team members, driving technical training initiatives, and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement across CBG project portfolios.
