Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, meet customers, promote company products/services, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, lead generation, customer follow-ups, relationship management, and maintaining accurate sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
Visit prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory.
Present and promote company products/services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.




Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
