About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior PLM Developer with 8-12 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms, specifically Oracle Agile PLM, with exposure to Siemens Teamcenter and/or PTC Windchill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting enterprise PLM solutions while contributing to PLM transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Agile PLM solutions for enterprise product lifecycle management processes.
Develop and enhance Agile SDK-based customizations, Process Extensions (PX), and Event Framework components.
Configure and customize business workflows, approvals, and lifecycle management processes.
Support PLM transformation and migration initiatives from Oracle Agile PLM to Teamcenter or Windchill platforms.
Develop integrations between PLM systems and enterprise applications such as ERP, CAD, MES,



and manufacturing systems.
Build and maintain REST APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, automation solutions, and data exchange interfaces.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, technical analysis, and effort estimation activities.
Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation during PLM modernization projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, workflow, and performance-related issues.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
Collaborate with architects, business users, and project teams to deliver high-quality PLM solutions.
