Role Description The Lab Scientist – Analytical Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
The Scientist – Analytical Development is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting scientific experiments for drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP). The role ensures compliance with laboratory standards, supports multifunctional project teams,



and contributes to productive, sustainable laboratory operations.
The individual in this role will design, develop, and optimize analytical methods to support pharmaceutical and healthcare research projects. Daily responsibilities include performing laboratory experiments, operating and maintaining analytical instruments, preparing and analyzing samples, and documenting results in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting data to draw meaningful conclusions, and contributing to method validation and troubleshooting. The Lab Scientist will also support preparation of technical reports, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, and participate in continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
