We’re Hiring: Valuation Report Assistant
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented fresher to join our real estate valuation team.
Location: Vidyavihar West, Mumbai
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Bank holidays will be observed.
Key responsibilities:
• Drafting and formatting property valuation reports
• Entering property, ownership and valuation details in prescribed formats
• Compiling information from agreements, plans and supporting documents
• Checking names, areas, rates and other report particulars for accuracy
• Preparing annexures and organising supporting documents
• Printing, scanning, PDF preparation and digital file management
• Assisting with day-to-day valuation documentation

Candidate requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Com or any graduate




• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Working knowledge of MS Word and basic Excel
• Reasonable English reading and typing skills
• Positive attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn about real estate valuation and property documentation

The selected candidate will receive practical training and exposure to real estate valuation reports, bank formats and property-related documentation.
