About the Role
Every brand has a hundred small moments where it either looks like it knows what it's doing, or it doesn't. The social post that goes out on Tuesday. The deck of a founder when he walks into the boardroom. The one-pager that gets forwarded to a client. At Millipixels, that's you; the person making sure every single one of those moments lands.
You're the one translating a campaign goal, a half-formed idea,



or a "make it pop" into something that works visually, strategically, and brand. You move fluidly between a carousel that needs to feel scroll-stopping and a corporate deck that needs to feel boardroom-ready, and you know instinctively that those are two different design languages.

You’ll be the person who
Owns the Visual Story: Takes a campaign idea and turns it into something people actually want to look at across social, print, presentations, and everything in between.
Speaks Brand Fluently: Knows the colors, the typography, the layout logic, and the "why" behind all of it well enough to keep every touchpoint consistent, even when ten things are shipping at once.
Designs for the Room, Not Just the Feed: Understands that a B2B pitch deck and an Instagram carousel are built for completely different moments and designs accordingly.
Adapts on the Fly: Takes one core idea and reshapes it across formats, sizes, and mediums digital, print, por
