Senior CNC Administrator Offshore JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Role Summary
The Senior CNC Administrator Offshore is responsible for endtoend technical administration monitoring and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments across development test UAT and production landscapes The role ensures system stability performance security and availability working closely with functional technical infrastructure DBA and integration teams in a 247 global delivery model
Key Responsibilities
JDE CNC Administration Environment Management
Administer and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9x environments including Deployment Server Enterprise Server HTML Server AIS Server and WebLogic
Perform setting setup configuration cloning refreshes and lifecycle management across nonprod and prod instances
Manage package builds deployments and promotions across environments ensuring change compliance
System Monitoring Performance Availability
Monitor JDE batch jobs UBEs queues services and interfaces using ControlM OEM custom scripts
Perform performance tuning JVM tuning and troubleshooting for batch interactive and webbased issues
Ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution to meet SLA SLO commitments
Security User Administration
Administer JDE security including roles users environments object security and data security
Support SOX audit compliance activities including access reviews evidence preparation and remediation
Coordinate with IAM teams for onboarding offboarding and access governance
