Job Role: Business Development Manager

Job description:
An outstanding opportunity exists for an accomplished Business Development Manager to join an established Facilities Management company for their Facility Management division assisting it with its expansion plans
The company offers Integrated Facilities Management services for Corporates, commercial/residential, and public sectors as well as banking and financial services at PAN India
* BDM will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide facility management services.
* Responsible for arranging client meetings, visiting clients & consultants, and generally opening the door for current business. Develop proposals for work as well as attend industry functions, and organize marketing events.
* New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals.
* Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
*Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project,



and company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
* Job costing, tenders, pricing, and commercial documentation.
* BD Manager is involved in strategic planning
* Knowledge-based management
* Cost & performance Management
* Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
* Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
* Oversee the activities of the FM Strategy & Business Development, aiming at identifying, analyzing, and recommending specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of FM.
Requirements:
* Graduate with MBA in Marketing or Sales with min. 7-8 yrs. of exp
* Proven sales experience within Facility Management in the Real Estate industry preferably
* Vast exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions.
* Solid awareness of space & cost management.
* Solid commun
