Threatcop is an AI-powered People Security Management (PSM) platform that enables organizations to build a robust human firewall through automated simulations, self-serve training, and proactive threat mitigation. As Vice President – Sales (India & SAARC), you will own the complete, end-to-end revenue engine for the region — from demand generation and SDR-driven pipeline creation to business development, new customer acquisition, cross-sell within the installed base, and the full partner ecosystem across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who pairs frontline SaaS selling instincts with strategic, data-driven sales leadership. You will be accountable for a predictable, compounding growth machine — consistent weekly SQLs, month-on-month pipeline growth, and quarter-on-quarter increases in order booking and revenue, targeting 100% revenue growth year-on-year.

The Mandate-




100% YoY revenue growth — own and deliver the annual and quarterly order-booking and revenue targets for the India & SAARC region.
3.5X pipeline coverage — build and sustain a qualified pipeline of at least 3.5X of the order-booking target for every quarter.
End-to-end ownership — full accountability for the entire funnel: demand generation → SDR-qualified leads → business development → closure → onboarding → cross-sell and renewal.
Predictable rhythm — establish a consistent, measurable cadence of SQLs every week and every month from SDRs, events, and partners, and translate it into a steadily growing pipeline and bookings.

What You'll Own-
Revenue & Pipeline:
Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue and order-booking targets across the India & SAARC region, with full accountability for bookings, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and growth.
Guarantee pipeline predictability — ensure a consistent flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) each week and
