? Role: Eligibility & Accumulator Analyst
? Experience: 3+ Years
? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, Business, or related field

? What You’ll Work On
Analyze eligibility, accumulator & claims-related issues
Execute SQL queries and work with relational databases
Monitor inbound/outbound file processing and data quality
Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and operational risks
Coordinate with technical teams to drive solutions
Support testing of new configurations
Maintain clear documentation and support-case records




Identify opportunities for process improvement & automation
