Role Description The Associate or Senior Associate B2B Online Execution role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves executing online B2B campaigns, managing digital initiatives across platforms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of online assets. The individual will support lead generation and client engagement activities, track performance metrics,



and prepare regular reports and insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating and maintaining online content, assisting in campaign optimizations, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to align execution with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, online campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Ability to manage online content updates, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, analytics dashboards) is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in EdTech or education services is an added advantage.
