About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping brands discover what BrainBox Media can do for them.
This is more than just a sales role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in growing the agency.

What You'll Do
- Research brands and identify potential business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
- Personalize outreach and sales pitches based on each brand.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM.




- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to understand client requirements.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Confident with LinkedIn, email outreach and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn.
- Experience in an agency setting is a bonus.

Location: Remote (Mumbai candidates preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
