Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Specialist – Training to manage and deliver housekeeping training programs across multiple client sites. The candidate will be responsible for improving housekeeping staff capabilities, ensuring adherence to SOPs, maintaining service quality,



and supporting operational teams across client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and conduct housekeeping training programs for current and existing employees.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, SOPs, safety standards, hygiene, and professional conduct.
Conduct practical demonstrations on cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and machinery.
Ensure housekeeping teams follow client-specific standards and facility requirements.
Conduct regular training assessments and identify skill gaps.
Prepare training schedules, attendance records, assessment reports, and other documentation.
Conduct refresher training and toolbox sessions at multiple client locations.
Monitor housekeeping service quality and provide corrective training where required.
Coordinate with Operations Managers, Facility Managers, and client representatives.
Support implementation of new processes, equipment, chemicals, and cleaning tech
