What You'll Do:
The Front Desk Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for welcoming and engaging visitors and employees who use the wellbeing space. This role oversees daily operations of the Zen Garden, including check-ins, scheduling sessions, maintaining a calm and organised setting.

Open to 1-3 Years of experience.
⁠Availability: 6 days a week

Responsibilities:





Act as the primary point of contact for questions, feedback, and basic guidance, helping individuals feel comfortable and informed about how to use the space.
Coordinate with the Zen Expert and internal teams, managing simple administrative tasks, and supporting community-building initiatives that encourage regular use of the Zen Garden.
You will be initiating conversations, understanding needs, following up, nurturing leads, and converting enquiries into bookings/memberships.
Handling WhatsApp communities, enquiries, follow-ups, basic CRM/data tracking and social media/community communication.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with individuals throughout the day.
Experience in front desk, reception, customer engagement, community management, ⁠ inside sales, relationship management, or a similar people-facing role, preferably
