Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager – Building Materials, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned zone, manage distributor and dealer networks, and drive revenue growth for doors and related building materials. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with key customers and channel partners,



negotiating prices and contracts, and ensuring timely collections. The role involves setting and tracking sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and coordinating with supply chain and marketing teams to support product availability and promotional plans. The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, and mentoring and supporting field sales staff to achieve performance objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in zonal or regional sales management within building materials, interiors, or related industries, with strong skills in territory management and channel development.
Demonstrated ability in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales, with a focus on dealer, distributor, and project-based business.
