Role Description The Gem and Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholka, responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to government tenders and GeM portal operations.



The role involves searching and evaluating relevant tenders and GeM opportunities, checking eligibility criteria, and coordinating with internal teams or clients to gather required information. The Executive prepares and organizes tender and GeM documentation, assists in bid preparation and submission, and ensures compliance with government guidelines and deadlines. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of tenders and bids, updating GeM listings and profiles, tracking bid status, and communicating progress and requirements to stakeholders. The role may also support the development of bid strategies, respond to queries from government departments or clients, and contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of tender and GeM processes.
Qualifications
Robust understanding of government tendering processes, public procurement norms, and GeM portal operations.
