Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective customers in the commercial and residential food equipment market, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and explain the features and benefits of Smoky Cave’s brick pizza ovens.



Daily activities include managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms within guidelines, and following up to close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM systems, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, support local marketing activities, and build long-term relationships with partners, distributors, and end customers.
Qualifications
Proven skills in direct sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management, preferably in durable goods, kitchen equipment, or related industries.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations, explain technical features in simple terms, and tailor solutions to commercial and residential customer needs.
