Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, experienced and motivated Senior Development Consultant to join and guide our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in Java Full Stack development, with proven expertise in the Spring Framework and frontend development using React JS. In addition, this role requires demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.
The candidate will combine hands-on coding skills with the ability to mentor developers,
participate in design discussions, and set technical direction to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical direction, guidance, and best practices across the development team.

Work closely with the Design Leads and Architecture team to design and validate technical solutions.

Develop and optimize SQL queries for relational databases such as DB2 or Oracle.
