Role Description The Junior Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for various functions within Tradepass.



Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks; screening resumes; conducting initial phone or virtual interviews; and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assisting with offer preparation and onboarding logistics. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs, contribute to improving recruitment processes, and help promote Tradepass’s employer brand.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networking platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
