Role Description The Project Manager Scrum Master is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities across product teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, removing impediments, and supporting teams in following Agile practices. The Project Manager Scrum Master will coordinate with stakeholders, oversee project timelines and milestones,



monitor risks and dependencies, and maintain transparent communication on status and progress. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, including experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on outstanding tasks, accelerate critical activities, and ensure on-time delivery of project components.
Inspection skills to review deliverables, verify compliance with requirements, and support quality assurance processes.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams and locations.
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and coach tea
