Company Description Svayam, the accessibility initiative of Jindal SAW, is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow its digital presence across social media platforms.

Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase awareness of accessibility and Svayam’s initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, drafting posts, stories, and campaigns, monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with internal teams to highlight projects, events, and impact stories. The Social Media Executive will analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and support online advocacy and outreach efforts. The role may also include basic graphic or video coordination with designers and participation in offline events for live coverage.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and platform-specific campaigns.




Strong skills in writing clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate copy for social media posts and captions.
Comfort with social media analytics tools and basic performance tracking to optimize content and engagement.
Basic understanding of visual communication, with the ability to collaborate on graphics, short videos, and storytelling formats.
Demonstrated interest in accessibility, inclusion, human rights, or social impact communication.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Current Delhi.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
