Role Description The Overseas Student Counselor will provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students, helping them select suitable courses, universities, and destinations based on their academic profile and career aspirations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, involving regular meetings with students and families, explaining admission procedures,



documentation requirements, and visa processes. The counselor will manage inquiries, follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and coordinate with institutions or partners as needed. Daily tasks include conducting information sessions, reviewing student profiles, updating them on application status, and ensuring a professional and supportive experience throughout the study abroad journey. The role also includes participation in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities to increase awareness of the services offered.
