Role Description The Customer Success & Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves engaging with SMB customers to understand their HR and Payroll needs, demonstrating Kredily’s platform, and guiding them through onboarding and implementation. The specialist will manage customer relationships, respond to support queries, and proactively ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demos, following up on leads, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. The role also requires documenting customer feedback, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction,



Customer Support, and Customer Service capabilities.
Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer requirements, interpret usage data, and identify opportunities for product adoption and sales.
Experience in customer success, inside sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS or HR/Fintech products.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with CRM and support tools, and basic understanding of HR, payroll, or SMB operations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
