About the Role:
We’re looking for an analytical, proactive, and driven professional to join us as a Program Manager – Operations & Strategy for our Bangalore team.
In this role, you’ll be the strategic and operational bridge between the central business team and the on-ground operations,



ensuring our regional centres run efficiently, strategically aligned and business goals are met. A key part of your mandate will be to grow the business in your state by leveraging local insights, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and execution.
This is not a sales role — it’s a business enablement, insights, and process excellence role.

What You’ll Do:
 Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing structured solutions.
 Grow the business in your region by:
 Leveraging local market insights,
 Conducting competitive analysis,
 Recommending targeted strategies for the Kerala/Telangana/Andhra-
 Telangana markets.
