Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support / Telecaller role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving resident and society admin queries, and providing clear information about NoBrokerHood’s features and services. The team member will log and track issues in the system, follow established processes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call quality standards, updating customer records, and sharing feedback that can improve the product and customer experience. The role also requires meeting performance targets, adhering to schedules, and representing NoBrokerHood professionally in every interaction.
