Role Description The Java Technical Lead is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida.This role is responsible for leading the design and development of Java-based enterprise applications, guiding the team in implementing scalable microservices, and applying best practices in architecture and design patterns. The Java Technical Lead will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, review code, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Day-to-day activities include hands-on programming, mentoring team members, conducting technical reviews, and optimizing application performance and reliability. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to technical documentation, and continuously improving development processes and standards.

Qualifications
10– 17 years of experience in Java backend development
Robust knowledge of Java 8 or later
Strong experience with Spring Boot
