Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training Coordinator in the EdTech sector to oversee the end-to-end
delivery and training functions. This role is integral to ensuring that all procurement activities and
service deliveries meet the required quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints while
aligning with the organization’s goals.

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and vendors,




coordinating logistics and facilitating smooth service delivery to internal & external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
● Delivery & Operations Coordination: Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs. Oversee
the logistics and delivery of educational materials, Trainer’s travel/stay booking, & other services
to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
● Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between trainers, internal teams, and external
clients & participants. Build and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers and vendors,
ensuring that they meet quality, delivery, and service expectations. Coordinate with internal
departments to understand and forecast the delivery needs for various training programs.
● Data & Reporting: Track trainer performance, learner feedback, participants results and course
outcomes. Provide data-driven insights to improve trainer sourcing and solution delivery.
● Project Coordination: Lead the end-to-end solution delivery process,
