Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, promoting suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

This is an Individual Contributor role, where you will be responsible for your own leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls,



WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Handle inbound leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Conduct sales counselling and clearly communicate course benefits.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Handle objections and effectively negotiate and close enrollments.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
Take ownership of assigned leads and independently manage the sales process.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth lead management and enrollment.
Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat enrollments.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telesales.
