The role is a combination of Learning & Development, Operational Excellence, Internal Audit, and Process Improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
Design and implement operational training programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions.
Create training content, SOP-based learning modules, and e-learning certifications.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.




Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Drive continuous learning initiatives using AI-enabled learning tools.
2. Operational Audit & Quality Assurance
Conduct audits of Centres, Stores, and Warehouses.
Evaluate adherence to operational standards, policies, and SOPs.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare audit reports with findings, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Monitor closure of audit observations and corrective actions.
3. Process Improvement
Review operational efficiencies and service quality.
Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, compliance, and customer experience.
Develop audit-based insights for business improvement.
4. Team & Stakeholder Management
Train and mentor junior auditors.
Coordinate with operational leadership and business teams.
