SHREGO is looking for a Production Planning Executive with an MBA in Operations to join our growing manufacturing team. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional with solid planning abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience in production planning within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production schedules, inventory, and material availability.
Prepare MIS reports, planning dashboards, and operational reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Handle all computer-based operational work, including ERP updates, production documentation, reporting, and data management.
Analyze production data and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.




Ensure timely execution of production plans while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
MBA in Operations (Mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and MIS reporting).
Working knowledge of ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
