Job Summary

ProPlus Logics Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
* Manage LinkedIn company pages and marketing activities.
* Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
* Handle social media marketing activities for clients.
* Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and backlink building.
* Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Coordinate with content and creative teams.
* Analyse competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
* Optimise campaigns based on performance and business objectives.

Required Skills





* Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing is mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
* Good knowledge of SEO and backlink building.
* Experience in lead generation and campaign optimisation.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
* Experience in a service-based company or digital marketing agency is preferred.

Qualification

* Any degree with relevant Digital Marketing experience.
* Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
