Role Description

The Senior Architect (Projects) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion. This role involves preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design intent with internal teams, consultants,



and clients. The Senior Architect oversees project timelines and deliverables, manages design documentation, and ensures alignment with building codes, sustainability goals, and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include guiding junior team members, reviewing and integrating feedback, participating in site visits, and resolving design and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires proactive communication, close collaboration with stakeholders, and consistent attention to design quality and technical rigor.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
Proficiency in project-level Integration, coordinating design with structural, services, and other consultants to deliver cohesive solutions.
