Responsibilities -
Prepare detailed MEP design drawings, layouts, schematics and technical documentation.
Design and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.
Preform HVAC load, electrical load, hydraulic, pipe sizing, and equipment -sizing calculations as applicable.
Develop and review BOQ'S , specifications, equipment schedules and design reports.
Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.




Identify and resolve design clashes using auto cad, Revit MEP,BIM or similar tools.
Review drawings, technical submittals and contractor proposal.
Provide technical support to project or site teams during execution.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical

Required Skills-
Basic knowledge in HVAC/ Electrical/ plumbing and firefighting systems,Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
AUTOCAD, REVIT MEP, NAVISWORKS, BIM, HVAC DESIGN, ELECTRICAL DESIGN, PLUMBING DESIGN, FIREFIGHTING DESIGN, BOQ, LOAD CALCULATIONS , MEP COORDINATION
Good communication and coordination skills.
3-8 years of experience in high rise or big commercial sites.
