Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will handle inbound and outbound client inquiries, understand travel preferences,



and design customized itineraries that align with budget and expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations. The role involves maintaining relationships with travel partners and suppliers, keeping up-to-date with destination knowledge and travel trends, and recommending suitable packages and experiences. The consultant will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing follow-ups, resolving client issues, and providing pre- and post-travel support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, including consultative selling, client relationship management, and effective negotiation.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel products, destinations, and itineraries, with experience arranging flight
