Role Description
The Talent Management Jr. Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.



This role involves supporting the end-to-end talent management process, including identifying and onboarding creative and influencer talent in line with project and campaign needs. The individual will assist in coordinating interviews, maintaining talent databases, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the right talent is matched to the right projects. Daily responsibilities include facilitating communication between talent and project managers, supporting employee and influencer engagement initiatives, tracking performance and feedback, and helping to resolve talent-related queries. The role also requires preparing basic reports, maintaining documentation, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Public Relations skills for effective interaction with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
