? Qualification: Finance Graduate
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end US Payroll Processing
✅ US Payroll Tax, Absences, Terminations & Year-End activities, including W-2
✅ US Payroll Finance Reconciliation
✅ Managing multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll calendars
✅ Handling payroll queries, exceptions and escalations
✅ Performing complex transactional and judgmental activities
✅ Team handling / SME experience in an outsourcing environment
✅ Interaction with customers, vendors and third parties
✅ Exposure to audits, quality standards and continuous improvement
✅ Robust communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
✅ Knowledge of Payroll ERP such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards is preferred
