Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing, Cold Calling & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our business development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Fulcrum Shipping & Logistics services.
Identify potential clients in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agro-specialty, poultry and other EXIM businesses.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Business Development team for further follow-up.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database and follow-up records.
Schedule meetings and calls with prospective customers.

Digital Marketing
Assist in managing the company’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Also manage social media (LinkedIn account) of team members.




Create and coordinate content for posts, carousels, videos, reels and other digital marketing activities.
Support LinkedIn lead generation and prospect research.
Assist in preparing email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
Monitor social media engagement, reach and lead-generation performance.
Research industry trends, competitors and relevant logistics topics for content creation.

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with current customers.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, marketing or digital marketing will be preferred.

Salary – 18k to 20k per month
