Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote Omega Nexora’s software, digital, and consulting offerings. Daily activities include conducting market research, generating leads,



preparing and delivering client presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. The role involves collaborating with technical and delivery teams to shape proposals, respond to RFPs, and ensure that solutions meet client requirements. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, maintain accurate pipeline reports, and contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Robust business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth in IT or technology services.
Knowledge of software development, web and application solutions, and digital services, with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT consulting domains, enabling effective communication of technical
