Role Description The Store Fit-out Supervision Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram Tehsil, responsible for overseeing the complete fit-out process for new and existing MINISO stores. This role coordinates with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure store layouts, fixtures, and installations meet brand standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing design drawings, conducting site inspections,



monitoring construction quality, managing schedules, and resolving on-site issues to prevent delays. The engineer also ensures that customer flow, visual merchandising, and operational needs are considered in store layouts, and provides guidance during store handover and opening preparations. Regular reporting on project progress, cost control, and adherence to company guidelines is expected.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Customer Service and Retail Sales awareness to ensure store layouts support excellent shopper experiences and sales performance.
Organization Skills for planning, scheduling, documentation, and managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
Training skills to guide store staff and relevant teams on store standards, safety, and operational procedures during fit-out and handover.
