We are looking for a 15–20+ years experienced legal professional with expertise in Banking, Real Estate, Property Due Diligence and Corporate Legal Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Property due diligence, title verification & legal opinions
• Mortgage creation & APF/project legal scrutiny
• Review of sale, lease, conveyance, GPA, development and other property documents
• Advising Banks/NBFCs on legal risks and documentation
• Legal audits, land acquisition & corporate contracts
• Exposure to arbitration, civil/consumer litigation and Section 138 NI Act

Required: LL.B. with State Bar Council enrolment; strong knowledge of Property Laws, SARFAESI, RERA, TPA, Registration & Stamp Laws, and Banking & Finance documentation.

Preferred: Experience with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs or reputed Real Estate Law Firms.
