Preferred Eligibility Criteria
Degree / Certification: Certified Yoga Teacher (200/500-hour RYT or degree in Yoga Science/Naturopathy) from a reputed institution.
Expertise: Proven mastery in Yoga (Asana, Pranayama), with a strong foundational understanding of Sound Healing, Meditation, Naturopathy, and therapeutic Yoga.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting yoga and meditation sessions, preferably within luxury wellness resorts, retreats, or high-end centers.
Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, in office resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Job Description
Instruction & Guidance: Lead group and 1-on-1 therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, and guided meditation sessions tailored to guest needs under the leadership of the Head of Yoga & Naturopathy.
Sound & Energy Healing: Facilitate sound bath meditation and relaxation sessions using sound healing tools and frequency techniques.
Naturopathic Support: Assist in implementing basic Naturopathy routines, hydrotherapy alignment, and lifestyle orientation for retreat guests.
Guest Engagement: Interact warmly with high-net-worth guests, explaining the physiological and energetic benefits of conscious breathwork and movement.
