Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end hiring efforts to support INFLUNC’s growth and maintain a high-performing, diverse workforce. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include owning full-life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates,



and coordinating interviews and selection processes. The role also involves developing and executing employer branding initiatives, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and using data to refine recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience, consistent hiring standards, and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
Experience with Hiring and Interviewing, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and assess candidates effectively.
Ability to drive Employer Branding initiatives, including crafting talent messaging and leveraging social and digital channels.
